※アジアパシフィック選手権・全日本選手権の選手はマイクロクランポンを必ず装着してください。装着しない場合は失格となります。

- Thermal blanket (cold protection sheet)

- Sunglasses
- Micro crampons
* Athletes in the Asia Pacific Championships and All Japan Championships must wear micro crampons. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
● Kids race
